Dedicated to bridging the gap between congregations and communities, CWC fosters collaboration to address pressing social opportunities together. Supported by the Lilly Endowment Fund, CWC empowers congregations and community partners to identify and solve challenges, providing grants and resources to help build sustainable, impactful solutions.

Welcome
What an amazing opportunity! Thank you for visiting the Congregations With Community (CWC) website. I am personally excited because my congregation and community continually impact my life’s work. Why one unified voice? It’s because I envision a surge of active partnerships between congregations and their communities to strengthen our social fabric through collective action and a collective voice.
Because you are a part of our community, we have developed values that will guide our work together. Your unique perspective and contributions are what make our community so special. Forming relationships with you, building unity, listening, and learning will inspire the imagination to address opportunities in the community. While doing so, we will put into action ways to secure sustainability. Why? Your work matters.
It is in this spirit that your voice matters. You matter! Your thoughts, ideas, and feedback are important to us. I would love to hear from you. My contact information is below. Thank you for visiting our webpage and for taking the time to be a part of one unified voice!
McKenzie Scott Lewis
We value people and their missions.

The strongest partnerships are built on foundations of respect, empathy, and loyalty. We yearn for these genuine connections where trust is earned so that communities can thrive.

We celebrate the many diverse voices and perspectives looking to create positive change in our communities, recognizing the strength that comes from facilitating new collaborations.

We listen to you. We work alongside you. We create change with you. It is our responsibility to continuously learn from others in our work, because no one knows your community better than you.

Social issues are multifaceted, complex, and demand creative solutions. We encourage originality and support our collective partners in envisioning bold approaches for positive change.

With sustainable partnerships, we can achieve more. We lay the groundwork for progress to extend beyond the grant cycle in addressing challenges facing congregations and communities.
To energize collaboration between congregations and community partners with shared values to address social opportunities as one
