CWC holds the firm belief that we are stronger together with a united vision. Our organization was created to foster these relationships and offer grants to support your efforts of creating positive change in your community.
YOUR ROLE
How does this work?
No one knows your community the way that you do, and we are here to listen. CWC exists to empower you to connect with organizations and congregations to work toward a united vision of creating positive change.
THE THREE C’S
Our Process
We use the following three steps to ensure alignment throughout the grant process.
1) Connect
At CWC, we believe every great partnership begins with a conversation. Our process begins with that initial connection, building a strong foundation for the work that is to come.
2) Convene
Regular meetings align each grant holder and organizer, ensuring that each organization is heard and understood.
3) Choose
CWC uses the previous steps to select those with a solid mission, partnership, and vision to enact change.
